Sellers Information and Terms & Conditions:
1. Table Space booking: Advance bookings only, on a first come first served basis.
2. Table Space £20 each - price includes table 6'2 x 2'2 (approx.) and chair.
3. We welcome particularly local traders selling unique handcrafted items.
4. Limited electrical points available - please let us know in advance if you need power so that we can allocate your table space
accordingly.
5. There is NO Parking available at Friends Meeting House - strictly 'drop-off & unload' access for sellers/traders only.
6. Croydon Council Centre Zone Parking Restrictions operate everyday from 8am to midnight.
7. Nearest Car Park: NCP Barclay Road, Croydon - postcode for sat nav is CR0 1JN
8. Friends Meeting House is an indoor venue, but no heating has been installed on premises, sellers/traders are advised to wear
warm clothing on trading day
9. All food sellers/traders must be registered with their Local Authority to sell food and are required to have a Level 2 Food Hygiene
Certificate.
10. We reserve the right to position the seller/trader stalls in any configuration it deems fit within the allocated total venue space.
Preferences of positions will be considered and allocated to sellers/traders wherever possible.
11. Failure to arrive at the appointed time to set up stall could result in a stall being refused permission to set up on the day.
12. The organisers do not accept any liability for loss, theft or damages, consequential or otherwise. The participant shall directly arrange specific insurance in this respect.
13. Sellers/traders must remain for the entire trading duration and trading times of the event.
14. Full payment is due upon confirmation of our acceptance of your booking and
15. We will email seller/trader booking form upon receipt of table space request. Payment should be by Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal.
16. A provisional booking is not deemed to be confirmed until full payment is cleared.
17. Should the event be cancelled for whatever reason, the seller/trader will be given a full refund for any payment made. We will not be liable for any additional costs that the seller/trader may have incurred e.g. promotional material.
18. In the event that a seller/trader wishes to cancel his/her booking, payments are non-refundable.
19. Setting up from 11am. Trading hours are 12 noon to 4pm.
20. All sellers/traders must trade for the full trading hours of the event.
21. All sellers/traders are responsible for removing their own belongs and any rubbish from the venue no later than 5pm on trading day.
